Protein Supplements

Protein plays an important role in maintaining bone health, muscle mass, strength, balance, recovery, and overall healthy aging. While I have not personally used Mighty Cricket Protein Powder, I previously used and recommended Chapul Cricket Protein before it was discontinued. Because Chapul Cricket Protein is no longer available, this is the cricket protein product I would most likely recommend based on its similarities in ingredients, nutritional profile, and intended use.
