Why Women Work With BoneThrive

Meet Sandy

Sandy Pearce, MSN, AGACNP Nurse Practitioner | Bone Health Educator | Founder of BoneThrive

 Why I Created BoneThrive

For more than 20 years, I've helped people navigate complex health challenges, better understand their health, and make informed healthcare decisions.

As a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, former ICU and Cardiology clinician, former University Professor, public speaker, and former owner of a health and wellness center focused on osteoporosis and healthy aging, I've seen healthcare from many different perspectives.

And one thing became very clear to me:

Too many women are told they have osteopenia, osteoporosis, or bone loss, and then left feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and unsure what they're actually supposed to do next.

That's why I created BoneThrive.

I wanted to create a place where women could get clear, practical education about their bone health without feeling overwhelmed by complicated information or frightened by a diagnosis.

Today, I help women better understand their bone health, strength, balance, nutrition, exercise, and healthy aging so they can feel more confident and informed when making decisions about their health.

BoneThrive combines evidence-informed education with practical, realistic strategies that women can understand and apply to their everyday lives.

Because bone health isn't just about a diagnosis or a number on a scan.

It's about staying strong, active, independent, and confident in the life you want to keep living.
